As you approach Bella Donna you notice her "Victorian" inspired design. The wide sweeping staircase leads you up to the main entrance. A veranda wraps the length of the front on the second floor. It's the perfect place to enjoy evening sunsets.

Around back, decks on two levels run the length of the house with spectacular ocean and beach views and sunrises. The 14'x30' in-ground Pool ranges from 3' to 5' deep, and has a propane fired water heater (additional charges apply for heater use). The pool also features an underwater light that changes colors; perfect for evening swims. The 5 man Hot Tub is the perfect place to relax after a strenuous day of shopping, beachcombing, or if it's just a little too cold for the Pool. There is also a Pool Yard audio surround system with 2 deck mounted speakers and 2 Bose Pool Yard speakers controlled from the Rec Room. You can play the radio or CDs outside while you swim. Access to the Pool Yard from the Rec Room or from Master Suite 8 on the first level.

The Pool Yard also has private access to the beach. A small stone path leads you from the pool, through the fence and up to the Dune deck. From there a flight of steps leads you out onto the beach.
